The role
GearTracker is a fast-growing SaaS startup helping companies manage and track their personal protective equipment (PPE). We’re looking for a senior HR Manager to support our growth and structure our HR practices.
You own the quality of the employee experience, from recruitment to personnel administration, within a fully remote organization.
Your missions
- Drive end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, offers) to support our growth
- Structure HR processes (onboarding, performance reviews, career management) suited to a fully remote organization
- Ensure administrative and employment-law compliance (contracts, payroll coordination with our providers, labor law)
- Build company culture and remote team engagement (rituals, seminars, internal communication)
- Be the go-to person for employees on all HR matters
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in generalist HR, ideally in a startup/scale-up environment
- Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
- Strong sensitivity to fully remote organizations and remote-culture challenges
- Autonomy, discretion and excellent interpersonal skills
