Who We Are
At GearTracker, we are dedicated to enhancing workers' safety by providing simple, reliable and efficient solutions to track their equipment, starting with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the compliance of the teams who use it. Based near Paris, France, our team comprises experienced engineers who understand the critical nature of PPE in maintaining safe working environments efficiently.
We were founded by three engineers and a business expert who have a combined experience of over 50 years in the defense, software industry and medical equipment. Our team is passionate about leveraging technology to improve safety standards and ensure that every worker has access to the PPE they need to stay safe on the job.
Our Solution
Developed with modern technologies and care, GearTracker tracks your equipment and your teams' compliance in one place. One person, two registers: the equipment they hold (PPE, tools, lifting gear...) and everything that concerns them (trainings, qualifications, health visits, documents).
Inspections and due dates under control: guided checklists, repairs, transfers with proof of receipt, and alerts before every equipment inspection, qualification expiry or health visit. Each person has a single compliance status, and each employee can see their own tracking.
Incidents and documents: anyone can report an incident, even without an account, through a QR code poster; you then follow the corrective actions through to closure. Your documents (risk assessment, procedures, safety data sheets) are published with read acknowledgement.
Reports and assistant: export your compliance PDF reports, and query your data in plain language with the AI assistant (beta), which can also import your equipment Excel file.
