Free up to 100, forever. Beyond that, a tiered price that covers the whole fleet and gets cheaper per item as it grows.

  • Counted: every item you register (PPE, tools, lifting gear, fire extinguishers…).
  • Not counted: inspections, repairs, transfers, documents and photos. They are unlimited.
Meter 2 · HSE tracking

Number of people tracked

Free up to 10 people. From the 11th, every one is billed: €1.10 per person per month (€1 on annual billing).

  • Counted: a person with at least one medical check, certification or training course on record. Counted only once.
  • Not counted: a person who only has an account, or equipment assigned to them.

Yes. Inventory, manufacturer catalogue, assignments, inspections, repairs, NFC and barcode scanning remain at the heart of GearTracker. You can start with your equipment and add workforce tracking when you need it.
Training, certifications, medical check due dates, signed PPE handovers and documents circulated to the teams, so the dates and evidence that matter to prevention sit in one tool.
The price rests on two independent meters. Equipment is billed by the number of items, in tiers: free up to 100, then the tier you reach covers the whole fleet. HSE tracking is billed by the number of people tracked: free up to 10; from the 11th, every one is billed, €1.10 per person per month (€1 on annual billing). Going past either threshold moves you to the PRO plan, which bills at least the first equipment tier (100 items). A person is counted as soon as they have a certification, a training course or a medical check, and only once. Access to the app stays unlimited: a worker you merely assign equipment to is not counted.

Yes, of course. Your data (equipment, team tracking, incidents and documents) is backed up daily, encrypted and hosted in Europe.
If you already have a repository (e.g.: Excel format), implementation is very quick: upload it from the application and the AI assistant handles the import, with no waiting. Otherwise, everything depends on the number of equipment items to add, but it takes between one hour and a few hours. So it's very quick, and the time savings afterwards are almost immediate.
