Every organization can now upload its logo, whatever its plan. It appears on your dashboard, on your PDF reports and on your incident reporting posters, so your teams immediately recognize their own workspace.

Hazardous situations, near misses, damage: anyone can report an incident in under a minute, with its severity, photos and the equipment involved, and can choose to stay anonymous. Printable QR code posters even let people without an account report. Administrators then follow up with the people involved, corrective actions with due dates and a status for each incident, and set their reporting deadlines from a country preset.

Ask your questions in plain language right in the app: which items are due for inspection, who is missing a training, where an item is. The assistant can also act for you after your confirmation, always with your own permissions. Drop in an Excel or CSV equipment file and it imports it for you.

Set up your visit types with their frequency and assign them to the employees concerned. Record each visit with the fitness opinion, any restriction and the certificate: the next due date is calculated for you, and the employee is emailed as it approaches and if it is missed. An “unfit” opinion makes the employee non-compliant straight away. No medical data is stored, only fitness and restrictions.

On Android and iOS, scanning an item's NFC tag or QR code now records where it was scanned. The equipment page then shows where it was last seen, with a link that opens your phone's maps app. The position stays inside your organization and never appears on an item's public page.
