Full Stack Developer

The role

GearTracker is a fast-growing SaaS startup helping companies manage and track their personal protective equipment (PPE). We’re looking for a senior Full Stack Developer to join our product team.

We’re looking for a well-rounded profile: just as comfortable building a product feature (frontend and backend) as making our infrastructure and deployments more reliable (DevOps). You’ll work across our entire stack: our NestJS backend and PostgreSQL database, the product frontend, all the way to our Cloudflare infrastructure.

Your missions

• Design and build new features, from our backend API (NestJS) to the frontend
• Evolve our data schema and PostgreSQL queries while ensuring performance and reliability
• Maintain and evolve our Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, CI/CD, monitoring, security)
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and ensure product quality and performance
• Automate deployments and harden our CI/CD pipelines
• Keep up with new technologies and suggest continuous improvements

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong command of our backend stack: NestJS (Node.js/TypeScript) and PostgreSQL
• Good command of a modern frontend framework (React, Astro or equivalent)
• Solid DevOps knowledge: CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare, AWS or equivalent)
• Autonomy, rigor and a genuine care for well-crafted products
• Comfortable working fully remote and communicating in writing
